Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team in Holywood. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, including minute-taking during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
- Maintain organised records and files.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on minute-taking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
