Location: Norwich, UK ( Ideally , you will be based locally, although we are open to subsiding relocation)

About the Role:Are you an experienced Senior Site Agent looking to take the next step in your career, or perhaps you are already a Project Manager seeking to get involved with larger and more complex projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Norwich, working on significant Highways infrastructure projects.
This role will see you take ownership of major project components, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of Highways-related work. You will manage both site operations and the project team, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
What you will be doing:
You will work on our Infrastructure project and frameworks Ideally, you will be based locally, although we are open to subsiding relocation.
- Manage a section of works on a day-to-day basis including the supervision/monitoring of the site team/supply chain.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at all stages of the project.
- Expected to drive programme and lead daily LEAN meetings
- Plan, control and monitor the progress of the works and coordinate the section(s) of the project as allocated.
- Manage multiple packages of work in conjunction with the commercial team taking full ownership of the costs for section of work assigned.
- Ensure all activities are carried out with the highest regard for safety, in compliance with industry regulations.
About You
We are looking for someone who comes from a highways background, who can hit the ground running, you will have a strong commercial background and NEC experience.
- Able to manage multiple or larger packages of work
- Ability to read and interpret data, drawings specifications and schedules.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple workloads.
- Adept at interfacing with site team, subcontractors, designer and the client.
- Strong knowledge of CDM 15 and NEC
- Able to interpret, extract and disseminate works information relating to program of works.
- Proven leadership and delegation skills.
- Structures background required ideally with understanding of general highways works
