Job Title: Commercial Administrator
Location: Honingham, Norwich, NR9 5BL
Hourly Rate: £16.50 per hour
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours per week
- Option 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Option 2: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Weekly Gross Pay: £625.73
Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract (2+ years potential project duration)
Office-Based (with flexibility if required)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team as a Commercial Administrator. While commercial experience is not essential, previous administrative experience is required. This role is based on a large-scale Civil Engineering project that aims to reduce traffic congestion in the local area. You will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Team who manage the financial aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the Commercial Team
- Managing documentation related to expenditure and budgets
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and updates for stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth communication between the project team and other departments
- Carrying out commercial administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Experience in a similar environment (desirable, but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
