BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SOUTH WEST - FULLY REMOTEUP TO £32,000 DOE, OTE £60-80k

This award winning, travel business is looking for a Business Development Manager, to join their hugely successful business which has offices throughout Europe. Over the last few years, this business has grown both in customer revenue and business acquisition and has even greater plans to dominate the niche sector in which it operates.

Job Description:

In this role, you will drive growth by recruiting new lodge and holiday park locations, building strategic relationships with operators and suppliers, and promoting the brand portfolio to prospective owners and partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of property owners
  • Arrange and conduct site visits to engage potential partners and encourage them to join the portfolio
  • Advise owners on optimising the performance of their investments through effective presentation, promotion, and marketing strategies, collaborating with internal teams as needed
  • Use creativity and commercial insight to drive results, ensuring ideas contribute meaningfully to key performance metrics
  • Monitor Park performance using both anecdotal feedback and numerical data, presenting outcomes through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Continuously identify and recruit new owners to expand the portfolio, contributing to long-term growth and success

Experience Required:

  • Previous proven experience in sales/business development within property, holiday lets, lettings, estate agency
  • Your communication skills are outstanding
  • Proven talent for building and nurturing professional relationships
