Service Engineer required for permanent, full time role from a base in Honiton, Devon EX14
  • £40,000 per annum
  • 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • 1 hour break per day
  • Overtime paid after 37.5 hours worked per week
  • Work van provided
  • 34 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays)

About the role
  • Working within a small team of 8 engineers, across customer sites in the UK and at client site in Honiton
  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
  • Working with pneumatic/hydraulic systems, drive systems and electrical control systems.
  • Providing technical advice and training to customers
The right candidate
  • Comfortable working in environments where food and alcohol are present
  • Flexible to travel around the country (sometimes overseas)
  • Engineering qualification with experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of commercial equipment.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and drive systems
  • The ability to read full wiring diagrams and fault finding
  • Essential understanding of process control including electrical and electronic controls (PLCs)
