A leading waste management company is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join its growing team. This role will focus on driving sales and generating new business opportunities in the Honiton area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand the client base within the waste management sector in Honiton and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through targeted research and networking.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations in line with company standards.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
  • Utilise various sales techniques, including field sales, to establish and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
