Customer Account Manager

Honiton area, EX14 - Dunkeswell

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum

Hybrid work, 1 day per week in the Office and travel to see your clients required.

Duties will include:

• Serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management matters.

• Manage customer accounts.

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Raise quotes for customers.

• Maintain the ERP system.

• Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, and modifications.

• Raise bills of materials.

• Engage with inactive customers and explore new opportunities to grow your accounts.

Requirements:

• Must be dynamic and driven.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
• Highly organised with the ability to calmly multi-task / juggle multiple account management projects at a time.

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.

• Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
