Trainee Electrical Engineer (Electrical Motors)

£26,000 - £30,000 + Progression + 4 Day Week + Overtime + Training

Are you looking for an entry level position in electrical engineering, where you will be working alongside the leading experts of electric motor innovation, where you can progress your career with full training to become a fully-fledged Electrical Engineer and work on a diverse range of products?

On offer is the opportunity to join an industry expert who have been providing into the engineering and manufacturing industry for over 30 years. As a team they focus on the key processes of electric motors, drive systems, and vehicle accessories. This company resides just outside of Honiton and have been providing their clients the best electric motor solutions in East Devon.

In this varied role, you will be hands-on and assisting in the day-to-day processes of the manufacturing workshop. This workshop-based role will include assisting with daily projects, including the building of electric motors and drive systems for land and marine vehicles. You will be mentored by a team of skilled engineers who will assist you in your understanding of motor engineering, manufacturing, wiring and servicing. Each step taken on a project will be broken down into daily tasks that will be completed over a 4 day week from 7am until 5pm.

This role would suit a driven, hands-on individual looking to start their career in Electrical Engineering, who wants expert guidance in the private and commercial sectors, looking to progress into a career in the electrical industry and work with experts who offer training, progression and deliver high-end electric, marine drive and servicing of vehicles whilst enjoying work-life balance.
