Area Lead Auto Electrician
Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Location: Honiton Area
Salary: 36,000 per annum

In this Area Lead role, you will be responsible for overseeing the department, working collaboratively with your team, and maintaining a flexible approach to your duties. You will take on any tasks within your capabilities to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Extensive experience in diagnosing vehicle systems using computer-based tools. Experience with Allison transmissions and Cummins engines is beneficial.
* In-depth knowledge of Canbus systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair Canbus-related faults.
* Demonstrated experience in loom and electrical sub-component manufacturing, along with the ability to train and mentor other team members.
* Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent.
* Provide first-line support to the workshop manager to ensure the department runs smoothly.
* Lead a team to complete workshop tasks, as directed by the workshop manager.
* Conduct inspections of completed work and take responsibility for verifying the quality and standard of the team's output.
