Orka Financial is working with a global business based in Hook, who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their fast growing finance team, you will be reporting to the Management Accountant within a high performing finance function, dealing with daily transactional tasks.The Accounts Payable Assistant role requires previous experience supporting the AP function, assisting with month end processes and managing day to day accounts payable queries. Responsibilities
- Employee expenses
- Assisting with month end
- Account reconciliations
- Multi-currency purchase invoices
- Checking and processing expenses
- Monitoring AP mail box
- Supplier payment runs
- Carry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- VAT return completion.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role Accounts Payable/Accounts Assistant
- Ability to deliver a high quality service
- Studying towards AAT
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 + excellent company benefits + hybrid working model
