As a Senior Chef de Partie you will be part of a large team of over 30 Chefs and involved in working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef's & Head Chef with the day to day running of this large operation.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential and with the luxury of the in-house dairy, farm, and large allotment the majority of the produce you use will be sourced from the estate itself. Alternatively, if the demand is greater than what the estate can produce the hotel will only buy from local, sustainable suppliers who follow the same believes of creating a greener future.

The Kitchen is divided between 2 different restaurants one which has recently won a Michelin Green Star for its sustainability and the other Hearth which is based on a small plates concept being cooked on open fire. As well as the hotels two restaurants they also regularly cater for Weddings & corporate events which requires exclusive use of the entire hotel.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Chef who truly loves to cook and for any Chef who loves to work with the best possible ingredients available to them to create food that will leave a lasting memory. The ideal Chef should be from within a high-profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation. Although this is not essential as the hotel are open to giving people with the right attitude and drive the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.
