We have an exciting new vacancy for a Sous Chef to join our team at TheBasingstoke CountryHotel.The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

Exciting new vacancy for aSous chef to join our team at Adamton Country House.This magnificent manor, set within a historic estate dating back to the 11th century, features 265 bedrooms and is conveniently located next to Glasgow Prestwick Airport. Its easily accessible from nearby towns such as Kilmarnock, Prestwick, and Ayr by both car and public transport

Your duties will include:
