We have an exciting new vacancy for a Sous Chef to join our team at TheBasingstoke CountryHotel.The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

Your duties will include:

  • Being directly involved in preparing, presenting, and producing meals to the highest standards.
  • Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.

  • Managing food deliveries and stock control.
  • Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.

The successful candidate will have experience in working in a hotel kitchen with strong communication skills,a keen superb attention to detail, and take pride in their work.
