A Partner Acquisition Manager is required to join a dynamic and innovative professional services company, with a hybrid working model and offices based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and acquiring new IT reseller partners by profiling, nurturing, and developing long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone with excellent phone communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive, self-starting mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile potential IT resellers to assess and understand opportunities
  • Nurture and develop partner relationships via phone and email communications
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities in line with client objectives
  • Manage accounts to drive revenue growth and maximise performance
  • Maintain accurate records and progress updates through the company's CRM platform
  • Work toward and achieve quarterly performance targets

Desirable Experience:

  • Background in IT channel sales or business development is beneficial, though not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Confident identifying new business opportunities and implementing growth initiatives
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Full UK driving licence
