The Role?We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. You'll play a vital role in maintaining their reputation for outstanding customer service by supporting customers through their post-purchase experience and coordinating solutions with our internal teams.
What You'll Do?- Respond to customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues promptly
- Manage and monitor service requests, ensuring timely resolutions
- Keep customers informed and updated throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Experience in customer service, ideally in property, construction, or a related field such as property management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Up to £31k basic + 2 days WFH
