The Role?

We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. You'll play a vital role in maintaining their reputation for outstanding customer service by supporting customers through their post-purchase experience and coordinating solutions with our internal teams.

What You'll Do?
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues promptly
  • Manage and monitor service requests, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Keep customers informed and updated throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
What We're Looking For?
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in property, construction, or a related field such as property management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
