Production Operative / Machine Operator
PM Shift
Production Operative / Machine Operator required for a Specialist manufacturing business based near Hook. We are looking for candidates with experience of hands on production environments. This is a hands on basic assembly role/ machine operating where we can teach you the full process, if you have a basic experience of assembly work this is the role for you!
The company are growing rapidly and are looking for skilled Assemblers who can pick up the role and learn, develop your skills and drive to meet the production targets.
This role is based on a Monday to Thursday PM shift, starting on days whilst training
First few weeks will be on day shift 7.00am-3.30pm, 7.00am-12.30pm on Friday.
Late shift Monday-Wednesday 15:45pm-02:00am, Thursday 15:45pm- 12:30am.
Daily duties:
- Working in a production team, assembling and building small equipment
- Operating of machinery and production equipment
- Documenting any assemblies and tests done by the team
- Using hand tools and semi automated machinery
Required Experience:
- Experience within manufacturing
- Training can be given however candidates must have some relevant knowledge/experience
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
