You will have the opportunity to lead the way in safety across multiple sites.   • Health & Safety Management: As the Health & Safety Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a proactive safety culture at all sites. Leading Safety Stops and conducting toolbox talks, you’ll engage employees at every level, making safety an everyday priority.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: You’ll oversee the compliance calendar, ensuring audits, inspections, and risk assessments are completed on time and to the highest standards. Managing the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, you’ll maintain industry-leading safety standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: You’ll track KPIs, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions as the Health & Safety Manager, pushing the boundaries of safety performance and reducing risks across the business.
  • Training & Development: You’ll provide ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring every employee receives up-to-date safety training and delivering IOSH courses to promote a safety-first mindset.
  • Leadership Across Sites: Overseeing multiple sites, you’ll bring a unified safety strategy to life, ensuring consistent safety practices across all locations and fostering engagement and improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally an Environmental qualification.
  • A background in manufacturing with hands-on experience in managing safety.
  • Chartered or Tech IOSH/IEMA membership (preferred), with the ability to deliver IOSH training courses a plus!
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and lead safety initiatives.
  • A proactive, results-driven leader ready to tackle challenges and drive safety improvements.
  • You’ll enjoy travelling to different sites and expanding your impact and building relationships with diverse teams across the business
