Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the Education industry, are looking to recruit a HR People Partner. This role is a busy role and you will based in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within the organisation.

The day to day duties in your new job will be….

Role responsibilities

  • To work as part of the People team to co-develop and implement people plans that align with the strategy, which drives engagement and improves process, capability, performance, talent, and leadership
  • Establish robust People and Compliance processes as required, working closely with relevant stakeholders
  • Support delivery of an excellent, fit-for-purpose People team and help develop the team to build upon essential capabilities
  • Provide relevant people management information and insightful analysis highlighting activity and issues and help to develop appropriate interventions
  • Work with leadership teams to identify talent and to implement appraisals, succession plans and talent management/development initiatives
  • Develop close working relationships internally and externally to enable a culture of collaboration, and, in doing so, ensure that the department works in a similar fashion towards an inclusive culture and learning environment

Person Specifications

  • Formal CIPD membership or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding across a broad spectrum of HR specialisms and functions (learning and development, recruitment, reward, employee relations)
  • Experience of embedding robust end to end People processes, including People Compliance routines
  • Experience of using data and insight to communicate and influence decision making within the business
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Experience of supporting projects or business change activity
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
