Customer Integration Engineer
I'm on the lookout for a customer integration engineer to work with this client's customers to be the first line support for bugs, issues and queries whilst in test phases. The company provides smart meter solutions worldwide and need this person based near Hook although they are happy with a hybrid set up.
The role will require someone to attend customer sites to support customer product testing and field day to day customer engagement questions and issues.
Essential Requirements:
* Understanding of DCC SMETS2 Environments
* SMETS2 Testing experience
* Be able to successfully engage with customers to share delivery plans, risks and manage customer expectations.
* Manage customer/industry testing defect process through identification to resolution
* Be customer focused
