Role Description:

  • Planning and Delivering Lessons: Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students in EYFS or Key Stage One.
  • Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: Encourage a love of learning and support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all students.
  • Assessing and Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Engaging with Parents and the Community: Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being.
