Planning Coordinator

**This is a 12 months of Contract to Permanent role.**
Planning Coordinator required for a specialist manufacturing business based in Hook. We are looking for candidates to assist the Planning Team where you will work on Sales Orders and raising all the Work Orders into the system, making sure that all data is up to date frequently.
Your daily activities will include liaising with Sales, Production and Procurement Team, ensuring that all orders are accurate and they will be dispatched/ delivered on time without risks.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing frequently the sales orders to be approved;
- Providing feedback for the Sales team regarding sales orders regularly;
- Raising work orders according to the Sales Orders;
- Liaising with Procurement Team to ensure that work orders are aligned with Purchase Orders
Experience required:
- Previous experience in Manufacturing/ Engineering environment in similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (eg. Pivot Tables)
- Experience in using ERP system to raise the work orders (eg. SAGE, SAP, others).

- Good communication skills
- Attention to details
- Collaboration with the team
- A "can do" attitude
- Able to work under pressure
