£22,000 - £24,000 salary, plus commissions and a uniquely designed career path
Fine & Country is a global brand, with over 300 locations around the world. We specialise in marketing and selling premium homes, usually valued in excess of £1,000,000. We have our UK head office on Park Lane and are now looking for Graduates to join our real estate team in Basingstoke, Hook and Farnham.
When not with clients or working alongside Agents, this will be a work from home position. However, you must have a full licence and your own transport.

What you will be doing:
- Year 1 - Rightmove sales qualification level 3
- Year 2 - Rightmove sales qualification level 4
- Year 3 - clear business plan to becoming a full Partner Agent with Fine & Country
- Canvassing and generating new business
- Social media, video editing, marketing
- Valuation and viewing appointments
- Brochures, property write-ups, property comparables
- Weekly joint training sessions
- Daily individual training from the leadership team
