Part-Time Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for approx. one year. This fast-paced role covers everything from writing job adverts and sourcing new candidates to on-boarding new hires, making it ideal for someone with a strong administrative or recruitment background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and post job adverts across various platforms.
  • Sourcing candidates for open roles using recruitment tools and CV / Job Boards
  • Writing Job Descriptions
  • Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

  • Strong administrative or recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally, we need someone who can work in the office.
