My client, a successful and innovative B2B marketing agency, is looking to take on a talented new Account Executive to join their team in a busy role. This is a great opportunity to get into the creative industry and is well suited to a driven, ambitious candidate with existing account handling experience, either within the creative sector or another complementary industry

Your role will involve:

  • Working closely with the account handling team and Directors to train and learn
  • Building strong relationships with clients, gaining an understanding of their marketing requirements and ensuring they are fulfilled and exceeded
  • Spotting opportunities to develop further business with existing and new clients, account handling new clients once brought on

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • Strong business acumen, either through a business/marketing degree or professional experience (-2 years experience in B2B sales and client relationship management)
  • Confidence in building up relationships quickly
  • Ability to hold your own in selling creative campaigns, demonstrating an appreciation for visuals and copy
  • Good understanding of B2B media and channels (LinkedIn a must, StackAdapt a nice to have)
  • Confidence with learning software (Synergist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly)
  • Aptitude for business discussions and a head for numbers
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive results
