The academy school caters to children aged 8 - 11 year olds; with the intention of celebrating individuality and providing memorable learning experiences. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial part in this process. The role of a Learning Support Assistant will include being the first line of response for students throughout the school day.
Learning Support Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with Class Teachers to create engaging lesson plans
- Helping students with learning material
- Encouraging children to apply themselves
- Observe, identify and record students' progress
- Supporting students with academic AND social development
