This well-known fresh food pub set in a beautiful part of the Peak District is looking to recruit a Sous chef to assist the running of this busy kitchen The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background ideally pub

Please note the role will require you leading a brigade of 4 serving up to 50 200 covers a day.


This Sous chef position will suit an experienced Jnr Sous. You must be passionate about food and show some flair and imagination. This pub has had an excellent reputation in the local area, but they are now looking to improve standards of food further. This busy pub can produce food for around 80/90 covers on an average service.


The establishment uses all local suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a daily blackboard menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.


This pub offers fresh quality homemade food during the week & weekend, producing daily specials also.
