You'll receive a competitive basic salary up to 37k, with uncapped commission up to 20%, as well as the following:

Role and responsibilities

The successful Recruitment Team Leader will be joining our Technology brand and will be working in a hands-on recruitment capacity, as well as mentoring and supporting the team.

You can expect to:

• Manage the full end to end recruitment process in a specialist market
• Grow market through business development
• Create an engaging and fun environment, championing our company values
• Motivate and reinforce positive behaviour within the team
• Maintain the quality and effectiveness of the team by measuring staff engagement
• Communicate business priorities throughout the team
• Support with internal hiring alongside TA team

You

To be successful in the role of Recruitment Team Leader you'll have a track record as a high performer and experience working in a "360" recruitment capacity.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge of IT recruitment sector
• The ability to lead by example
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to motivate others
• Experience mentoring junior consultants desirable
