Pertemps Staffordshire are currently looking for a Schedule Coordinator for their Stafford based client.
With this Schedule Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
- Deal with client queries on the phone and by email and arranging visit dates with customers.
- Report checking, quoting and managing remedial works and liaising with contractors.
- Managing the workload and schedules of inspectors, surveyors and assessors.
For this Schedule Coordinator role, you will need:
- Having good organisational skills is an essential.
- Knowledge and confidence using Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word is essential for this role.
- You would ideally have experience in scheduling roles such as engineers, technicians, surveyors or door inspectors.
Details of this Schedule Coordinator role:
Days/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 P/A DOE
Location: Stafford
Duration: Permanent
