Vantage Consulting are looking for Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our high performing UK and USA recruitment teams this summer. We're driven, and hugely ambitious in everything we do. Whether that's growing our business, our team, or expanding across the globe!
The Role
As the successful Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist market.
You can expect to:
- Assess job specs and create adverts
- Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
- Manage interview and offer processes
- Build and maintain a network of candidates
- Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
About You
To be successful for the role of Associate Recruitment Consultant you'll be driven, personable and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
- Be creative and seek innovation
