This position requires a highly organised individual who can manage a busy workload, handle multiple time-critical tasks, and ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards. THours are 7.30pm - 4.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Organise and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes.
  • Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times.
  • Adjust schedules as needed in response to changes or emergencies.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date files and records.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
