We are seeking an experienced School based Administrative Assistant for temporary cover, with the potential to develop into a regular 2-day per week role. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during the mornings from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. This role is crucial for supporting our team during a staff absence and requires someone who can hit the ground running.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks using SIMs and Scopay systems.
  • Support the smooth running of office operations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage communications and correspondences, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of documents and reports.
