Our client is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to join their expanding team - a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a key role within a fast-growing, technology-driven business. Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Horley or Bristol office / 5 days per week, Hybrid working (2/3 days at home/in office). UK wide travel may be required, on occasion with overnight stays / All expenses paid for.

The purpose of this role is to optimise effective relationships with energy suppliers, and be primary operational contact for all suppliers, as well as, developing close relationships with top tier suppliers that are important to the growth and operational stability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational challenges that influence supplier performance.
- Apply sound knowledge of settlement processes to support accurate and efficient operations.
- Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports using internal systems to deliver critical insights to internal teams and external suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes through data analysis and feedback.
- Organise and lead regular supplier meetings, including virtual sessions and quarterly in-person reviews.
- Support suppliers who are underperforming or at risk of external review, helping identify key issues and recommending actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance enhancements and communicate findings from supplier meetings.
- Use data and reporting tools to forecast supplier performance trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Required Competencies/Skills:
The ideal candidate will have gained experience account managing supplier contacts within a similar environment. Should you have gained knowledge or working experience of the energy sector, this would come highly beneficial.

- Technical & Administrative Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrates good knowledge of current business practices and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and departmental databases.
