Position: Class 2 Driver
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 2 drivers to join our team for agency bookings based in Haywards Heath. The role involves delivering pallets to various locations across the region, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a Class 2 vehicle to deliver pallets to specified destinations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Adhere to all road safety and company policies
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (C) driving license
- Previous experience in pallet delivery or similar driving roles is preferred
- Ability to lift and handle heavy loads
- Good knowledge of road safety and regulations
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- A positive attitude and professional approach to work
