Shuttering Carpenter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Shuttering Carpenter to join our team until the end of January. The role involves concrete shuttering and general carpentry work, and the successful candidate must hold a valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities:

Constructing and assembling concrete formwork for various structures
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Measuring and cutting materials to ensure precise fit
Safely using hand and power tools to complete tasks
Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or similar role
Proficiency in concrete formwork construction techniques
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
Valid CSCS card
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

Day-to-day: The day-to-day responsibilities will include constructing formwork, measuring and cutting materials, and collaborating with the team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
