Responsibilities:
- Hit/exceed UK sales and order targets.
- Develop strategic accounts and hunt new opportunities.
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately.
- Support and guide channel partners.
- Represent the business at UK industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in sales management or technical sales.
- Background in process instrumentation or industrial tech is ideal.
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and confident negotiator.
- Proactive, commercially focused, and comfortable working independently.
- CRM-savvy (Salesforce preferred), with solid Microsoft Office skills.
- Based in the UK with flexibility to travel.
