They are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer/Fee Earner on a full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days), permanent basis.ResponsibilitiesYou will demonstrate considerable experience in the below duties, but not limited to:

Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Sale and purchase
Freehold, leasehold and unregistered land
Re-mortgages
New builds
Shared ownership
Help to buy
Transfer of equity

The CandidateJoining a busy, friendly team, this is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers or Paralegals with a minimum of 4+ year’s experience in a similar role, to utilise their skills within residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion without supervision:

Technical proficiency in residential conveyancing is essential

Strong IT skills
Must be comfortable working without supervision
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Has excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator both written and verbally
Strives for high standards in their work
