The CandidateJoining a busy, friendly team, this is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers or Paralegals with a minimum of 4+ year’s experience in a similar role, to utilise their skills within residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion without supervision:
  • Technical proficiency in residential conveyancing is essential
  • Strong IT skills
  • Must be comfortable working without supervision
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • A strong communicator both written and verbally
