Day-to-Day of the Role

  • Support our surveyors, service, and installation engineers by managing a variety of tasks including quotations, diary management, order processing, and coordination of installation works.
  • Respond reactively to breakdowns and plan proactively for maintenance works, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate through diverse duties that evolve as you collaborate with different teams, providing you with a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional administrative skills coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office products, and CRM software.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the South-East of England and adept at using Google Maps.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and an empathetic communication style.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to find solutions and achieve results.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures seamlessly.
