Our Client, a well-established and growing utilities service provider are looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator with exceptional communication, strong administration, excellent problem solving skills and a proactive nature to join their fast paced team.

Starting salary of £24,000 plus excellent benefits package. Hybrid working- 2 days per week from office and 3 days from home.

The successful candidate will be required to:-

  • Provide customer support in an efficient and professional manner via telephone and email.
  • Manage customer support mailbox, taking ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
  • Process orders, ensuring customers have access to their data.
  • Ensure SLA’s are adhered to.
  • Manage user onboarding experience, ensuring the customer has all the data they require and any initial training on how to use the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to all platform users, dealing with queries and escalating if appropriate.
  • Support users in identifying appropriate reports to run.
  • Deal with customer complaints.
  • Identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyse incorrect data/anomalies.
  • Undertake any other administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience in a customer service related role.
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills with a good telephone manner.
  • Query and problem solving skills.
  • Analytical approach.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Calm, confident and professional manner.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent time management with good organisational skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure, prioritise and to tight deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong team ethic.
  • Good customer focus with a desire to resolve issues and ensure customers are satisfied.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
