Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers on arrival and assisting them with their bookings
  • Acting as the main point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
  • Taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate department
