After a significant acquisition we are now seeking a strong leader to take our Design and Consultancy services to the next level.

Your Impact:
Oversee project governance, resource planning, and operational excellence.
Drive exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term client relationships. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, mentoring and developing top talent.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and design obligations.
Partner with Sales to shape fee proposals and identify new business opportunities.

What You Bring:
15+ years' experience in engineering, consultancy, or data centre environments.
Proven leadership & commercial acumen, managing multi-functional teams and budgets.
Strong knowledge of MEP design, audits, and assessments in the data centre sector. Exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
