聽We are looking for an admin/document controller to assist with our Foreign Commonwealth Department based out of our Gatwick branch.

聽拢30-35K depending on experience, 20 days hol + BH, pension, parking, private healthcare

Qualifications / Key skills

路 Ideally have Construction / Engineering Admin experience

路 Strong Excel skills

路 Strong organisational skills

路 Good understanding of sales and purchase order processing

路 Oral and written communication skill

路 Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality

路 A pleasant, confident telephone manner

The role involves the below

路 Supporting the FCDO department in administering roles

路 Booking of flights, accommodation, car hire, visas

路 Tender return logging within central server system

路 Purchase order raising for subcontractors

路 Preparation of quotes, tenders and project reports for management team

路 Assistance with procurement of materials working alongside management team

路 Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes

路 Project teams diary management including oversee site visits

路 Liaising with accounts and finance team regarding invoicing

路 Communications with external contracts

路 Ordering and procurement of project team equipment, supplies and essentials for projects

Role is in Gatwick based however there is flexibility within the role with opportunity for split office and home working (to be discussed and agreed)
