We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support primary-aged children (5-12 years) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a nurturing primary school environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience in supporting children with special educational needs, especially ASD, within a primary school environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Patience & Resilience: Demonstrated patience and resilience, with a strong ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to work, with a readiness to take initiative.
  • Driving Requirements: Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location of the school.
  • Bonus: DBS already on the update system would be beneficial.
