Jo Malone London are seeking Assistant Managers for their brand based within London Gatwick Airport.

Working as part of our Gatwick Airport based Travel retail team you will be working within one of the most dynamic retail environments, within the stores of our retail partner World Duty Free.

Travel Retail is such an exciting retail opportunity, no 2 days are ever the same! In this role you will truly be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to our customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.


The Role

The primary responsibility is to support the leadership of the team in delivering the outstanding customer service standard to each customer and to deliver on service goals and commercial targets.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment, operations, stock management, on counter events, assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique and housekeeping duties.


Ideal Candidates will have the following attributes:

  • Ideally be currently an Assistant Manager or Team Leader - with management experience and ability to lead a team affectively - motivating and inspiring a team every day
  • Passionate for service and storytelling whilst being adaptable and versatile, gracious, intelligent, smart and have a groomed, clean and crisp image - being able to lead by example with service standards
  • Commercial awareness - able to communicate and understand commercial targets and business acumen
  • Ability to work retail hours including early shifts, late shifts and weekends in a fast-paced work environment
