Introduction:

The Technical Records Administrator will have the responsibility for ensuring all client and customer Technical records remain compliant with internal procedures, customers procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Technical Records Administrator will report to the Maintenance Manager - Technical Support. This is a shift based (Tues-Fri) role based on-site at London Gatwick Hangar facility.

You will:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements and Internal procedures.
  • Collect all paperwork from check management, review and file accordingly ensuring all corrections are distributed to the relevant departments / focals.
  • Perform audits of all ATL (Aircraft Technical Log) pages, Work Packs, Engineering Documentation and any further documentation denoting maintenance carried out on aircraft.
  • Compile reports and feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and the management team.
  • Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
  • Use AMOS / STREAM to support Technical Records activities and any other requirements.
  • Where required carry out tasks, within capabilities, to assist other departments within the organisation.
  • Support and contribute to any continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the Technical Records department remains compliant and is maintained in an audit ready condition at all times.
  • Work closely with Production Planning and Technical Services team during the preparation and execution of maintenance projects.

You will have:

  • Be able to work unsupervised but also be a team player who will grasp opportunities to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Previous experience of using AMOS and STREAM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience working within a Part-145 MRO.

You must have the right to work in the UK, candidates without this will not be considered.
