Trainee Sales Executive

- Basic salary of £25,000 (after 3 months training, uncapped commission package will kick in (current team are averaging £800-£1,500 p/month)

We are looking for a trainee to join a busy Business to Business sales team, based at our client's office between East Surrey Hospital & Horley.
We are targeting someone keen to receive excellent training and guidance, and after 3 months, you'll be confident in managing outbound calls, on-line sales and order processing activities. You'll be taught how to adapt each interaction to enhance and nurture relationships with some of their most valued clients.
They have invested in their sales technology, and calls are led by alerts to the system, which include reasons for the contact, so you can make that call in the knowledge that you'll be fully prepared to answer their queries and suggest alternative products if better suited. You'll be using their CRM system for updating activities, including updates on relevant process stages.
