Clinical Service Manager
Location: Horley, RH6
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - 37.5 hours
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Service Manager or Ward Manager to join our clients dedicated team at a 12-bed CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) facility.
Here as a Clinical Service Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring young people receive high-quality, compassionate care while also fostering a positive and supportive work environment for your colleagues.
You will deliver a service-aligned to an outstanding outcome within the CQC regulatory agenda, and act as a clinical and operational expert for clinical services, ensuring exceptional care is delivered and staff are supported alongside ensuring compliance, governance and clinical audit tasks are completed.
Skills & Knowledge required for the Clinical Service Manager role:
A relevant professional qualification and recognised post-registration qualification (RMN/RNLD qualified)
Full membership/accreditation with a relevant professional institution
A detailed understanding of statutory regulations
Financial and people management skills
Relevant experience including previous supervisory/managerial experience for a group of professional staff.
