Surrey –  Embedded Software Engineer – 40-45k

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well renowned company in the robotics and entertainment industry. This opportunity will give you the chance to develop your skills and learn from an experienced team within the Embedded Systems space. They are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer who has experience working on Embedded Systems, ideally with Embedded Linux experience and who has a passion to problem solve.


Main Duties:
+ Be involved in the development cycle for new product development and existing products
+ Write and review software design documents which describe the software architecture, implementation and interactions within the various subsystem
+ Work on small to medium microprocessors systems such as ARM STM32s
+ Work within the R&D team to solve complex embedded software problems

Skills Needed:
+ Degree within a relevant discipline
+ Experience with Embedded Linux
+ Experience using hardware tools like Oscilloscopes
+ Experience with the NPD (New product development) cycle.
