We are seeking a Design Operations Manager to lead our Consultancy Services team, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially successful projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee resource management, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, and technical excellence, shaping the future of our consultancy services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Associates, fostering technical growth and professional development.
  • Managing resource allocation to align with project demands, ensuring efficiency and delivery excellence.
  • Overseeing contract obligations and P&L performance, driving financial success in collaboration with commercial partners.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence in all deliverables, maintaining the highest industry standards.
  • Driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to optimise project execution.
  • Chairing project status meetings to track milestones, manage risks, and align strategic goals.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, supporting business development, and enhancing client relationships.
